“It is the quality of our work which will please God and not the quantity.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi
How does this quote resonate with you?
In the mentality of our grandparents and even our parents, work is measured in time. You work a certain number of hours, you get an amount of money. Well, things have changed and we have to admit that there is more and more emphasis on quality. The quality you offer matters a lot in everything you do. In your work, in your interactions, in everything that involves products or services.
Quality means energy and value. When you are a quality person, you can say about yourself that you have a certain set of values, you have goals that you aim for and work to achieve them. That’s the reason why is very important to know your skills and also, your price and your value. By defining your own quality, you will know how to relate to yourself. And you will also know how to make others relate to you.
Once you learn to respect yourself, you will see that you will appreciate quality much more than quantity.
You will no longer run after everything is cheap or at a discount, you will no longer run after people, but you will learn to select only what suits you and what really resonates with you!
That’s the next level and that’s the point you want to reach!
As your level increases, you will be more and more attracted to quality things. Quality food, quality wines, quality clothes, quality friends … you will not be satisfied anymore with a little and you will understand that this quality is much more valuable than quantity. A little, but good. And in fact, everything that is qualitative has much more value than quantity.
Likewise, you don’t have to do what everyone else does. It is important to choose what is good for you, to define your own style to raise as if it were your child. One of my favourite quotes says: ‘Don’t let the budget limit your style!’
Desire more for yourself, for your life!
All the best,
