    Health is the biggest luxury you can have

    Everybody speaks about health. But are we really taking care of our health?

     

    Well, an inspirational quote says: “health is wealth”.

     
     

    Looking into the deepness of this quote we can analyze it better.

    People nowadays are running for fame, for success, for the job of their lives, for the best partner…and all this marathon is stealing the essence of life and more than that, is stealing your health. Stress, chaotic food choices, smoking will make a significant difference in your wellbeing. For the moment, you won’t notice it, but in time, the difference will be visible: in the way you feel and the way you look.

    That’s the reason why I firmly believe it is important to treasure ourselves as individuals, without making any abuse of our body or our soul.

    Imagine you have a child and you constantly argue with him, you neglect him, you don’t encourage him and you don’t feed him physical and emotional with the best food and with the love that he needs.

    How will this child grow up? Probably with traumas and emotional deficiencies. We do the same thing with ourselves.  We take our health for granted, we rely on the fact that we are young and healthy, we stock all our destructive emotions in our body cells and later, we will realize that we have diseases. “I want my health back, I would give anything for it!” – these will be your thoughts.

    To avoid that, I would like you to be aware and see the things obvious.

    Without your health, could you travel all around the world?

    Without your health, could you be the best partner in your relationship?

    Without your health, could you make the best career in your life and achieve your dreams ?

    Without your health, could you enjoy your life in the most beautiful way?

    I think all these won’t be possible if you lose your health. So, your health is like a precious stone and you should treasure it. Adopt healthy choices, like eat more greens, drink cold pressed juices, make sport, replace the sugar with healthier alternatives, cut-off the junk food, eat conscious and remember that the most important thing is to become the best version of yourself! Everyone is so beautiful and unique in its own way, so change what you can, accept what you cannot change and act with love and respect for your own person. Treat yourself exactly like you would treat your child.  This attitude will help you transform your life and start to treasure the most important things in your life!
