    The luxury of being yourself ( part II )

    As we discussed in the previous article, here are your techniques and concrete ideas on how you can regain your personal strength and implicitly how you can be a confident, dignified, whole person who can afford to be herself.

    When you get to this point, I guarantee you will not feel greater fulfillment or satisfaction!

     1.     First of all, it is important to be aware of your qualities. Make a list in which to write at least 20 of your qualities. Stay calm, connect to yourself and write. You can also think about your achievements and you can extract the qualities that helped you achieve those successes.
    This technique helps you become aware of who you really are and also increases your self-confidence. If you have been able to accomplish certain things, then it means you can do everything you want!

    2.     It is important not to compare yourself with others and to define yourself by what you are and by what you want. The evolved person knows that she is different. Only in tribes  people were killed if they were different.

    But in our society, it is absolutely normal to be different, to have different hobbies and passions and to want different things.

    Don’t be afraid of this. Don’t cancel your personality just because you’re different. Different means special. You are not here to please everyone, you are here to please yourself and enjoy your life! So, the second exercise would be to make a list of all the things you want.

    Now you don’t have to analyze how you will fulfill these desires, but simply write everything you feel, everything you want, everything you visualize! Thus, you will broaden your horizons and you will allow yourself to dream and discover yourself more.

    3.     Further, I would like you to think about those things that you would have wanted to achieve, those hidden, distant dreams that you did not express for fear of being criticized by others.

    Or by fear that they will laugh at you. And now, in your strength, you say to yourself, “Now I am a different person and I see things differently. Now I allow myself to be myself, to express myself freely, to be as I feel and to give a direction to my dreams” This exercise is also magical, because it puts you face to face with yourself, with your true essence!

    When you really look at yourself, maybe for the first time in your life, you realize what a huge potential you have, which can no longer be hidden!

    I hope that through these exercises you will discover what huge potential you have and especially, to allow yourself the luxury of being yourself!
