3. Life-management techniques
All the people who have results know that for a good focus and an increased attention in everything you have to do, it is necessary to integrate certain productivity techniques in your routine. For example, you can try the ‘Pomodoro’ technique, in which you work 25 minutes with a 5 minute break. Or you can work 60 minutes and have a 10-15 minutes break. It would also be ideal to set a main task for each day. Offer yourself rewards whenever you manage to complete a result.
And, many times it helps you to visualize the well desired result. Thus, you will be able to motivate yourself even more and keep your energy at high levels.
Another important aspect is not to interrupt your tasks.
